I am different from my cousin The Rabbit


Being larger than my cousin in my ears and hind legs


While my cousin keeps his coat all year long I am able to change my colors to the seasons


As my cousin shows off his dominance among his kind I stay to myself pairing with only my mate


Eating my bark and rind my cousin eats his grass and soft stems


I stay on the surface while running away from my enemies as he stays underground and hides all day


Our skulls are quite different as well as our brains controlling our behavioral patterns


At birth my name is Leveret, while my cousin is called Kitten, I am fully clothed and can well see and hear, while he is still hard of seeing and hearing shivering in is furless hid


Oh yes I am quite different from my cousin Rabbit, similar as we are nature made us quite different
